These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ROG Health, an AI-powered health companion product. By using ROG Health, you agree to these terms.

R.O.G Health is currently an early-stage product and may change as we improve it. Please read these terms carefully before using the product.

ROG Health is in early access / beta. This means:

• Features may change, be paused, or be removed without prior notice
• The product is not yet fully tested or certified for any medical or clinical use
• We may update these terms as the product evolves
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us promptly at hello@roghealth.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload or enter, including health data, reports, and profile details. Do not upload content that belongs to someone else without their permission.

You may use ROG Health for personal health awareness, learning about your health reports, and preparing for healthcare appointments.

You agree not to:

• Use the product for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the product or its AI outputs
• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or that you do not have the right to use
• Misrepresent AI-generated summaries as professional medical advice to others

ROG Health is for health awareness and doctor preparation only. Nothing in the product constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Do not use ROG Health as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

ROG Health uses AI to generate summaries, explanations, and guidance from your health information. These outputs:

• Are intended for educational and awareness purposes only
• May be incomplete, imprecise, or missing important context
• Are not reviewed by licensed medical professionals
• Should not be used to make medical decisions without consulting a doctor

You retain ownership of the health documents and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant ROG Health a limited licence to process it to provide the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including documents that may include information about other individuals.

ROG Health, including its name, design, AI models, and software, is the intellectual property of ROG Health and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the product.

AI-generated summaries and outputs are provided for personal use only and may not be republished, redistributed, or used commercially.

The service may change, pause, or remove beta features over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ROG Health at any time, with or without notice.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes that affect your use of the product.

ROG Health is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI outputs.

We are not liable for any health decisions made based on the product, any inaccuracy in AI-generated content, or any loss of data during the beta phase.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
