1. Overview

ROG Health (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an early-stage AI health companion. We take privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about what data we collect, how we use it, and what you can do about it.

R.O.G Health is an early-stage product. Some features may still be in beta or active development. This policy describes our current practices and will be updated as the product matures.

2. What We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you use ROG Health:

  • Account information: name, email address, and optional profile details
  • Health-related information you provide: uploaded lab reports, prescriptions, or health documents; user-entered symptoms, wellness logs, and notes; family profile details you choose to add; and app interactions related to health guidance
  • Device and usage data: app interactions, feature usage patterns, and basic diagnostic information to operate and improve the product
  • Waitlist information: name, email, and role if you joined our early access list

We do not collect financial information or government identification documents.

3. How We Use Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate ROG Health features including report summaries, wellness tracking, and AI-powered guidance
  • Respond to your questions and support requests
  • Improve and develop the product during the beta phase
  • Send product updates and early access communications (you can opt out at any time)

We do not sell personal health data.

4. Uploaded Reports and Health-Related Information

We use uploaded reports only to provide app features such as summaries, report history, and beta product improvement.

Health-related information may include uploaded reports, user-entered symptoms, wellness logs, family profile details, and app interactions. You should avoid uploading emergency information or relying on the app for urgent medical decisions.

You retain ownership of the health information you upload. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.

5. AI Processing and Report Analysis

ROG Health uses AI to generate summaries, explanations, trends, and doctor-preparation guidance from the information you provide. These outputs are intended for health awareness only.

AI-generated content may be incomplete or imprecise. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Lab reports, symptoms, and wellness signals should always be reviewed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Your data may be processed by trusted AI service providers solely to deliver these features. We do not permit third-party providers to use your health data for their own training or advertising purposes.

6. Data Storage and Security

Security practices are being developed and improved as the product matures. We use privacy-conscious technical practices and are working to improve security controls over time.

We are an early-stage product and cannot make guarantees about specific encryption standards, infrastructure configurations, or compliance certifications at this time.

7. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell personal health data.
  • We do not run advertising based on health data.
  • We do not share your health data with insurance companies, employers, or government bodies except as required by law.
  • We do not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency medical guidance.

Some trusted service providers may process limited data only to operate product features. These providers are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

8. User Choices and Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting hello@roghealth.ai.

We will process deletion requests as promptly as possible. Some data may be retained for a short period where required for legal or operational reasons, after which it will be removed.

9. Children and Family Profiles

ROG Health allows users to create family health profiles. If you add a profile for a child or dependent, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent and supervision.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child's data has been submitted without consent, please contact us at hello@roghealth.ai.

10. Beta-Stage Privacy Note

We are building privacy and consent practices appropriate for an early beta product and plan legal review before public launch.

This means our data practices, infrastructure, and legal documentation will continue to evolve. We will update this policy as we make material changes and notify users where required.
